Installing Ars

Simply embed the API in your web-pages, typically done through a template page or theme file. View source on this page and this element is visible, third line from the bottom. Of course, the script can also be included in the head, or any where else on the page. Putting at the end is best, so it loads last and less imact on the other aspects of the application being tested.

Register & Configure the Site

Based on the hostname to test (eg: beta.edoceo-demo.com) configure the Site in Ars. Ars uses only the host name for these authentication, sub-path sites will all fall under this same site configuration.

Record Sessions

After authentication, some users have the privilege to create copies of their session.

Run Playback Tests

Playback button to re-run the tests that have been recorded.

Collect Feedback

All modes of autenticated sessions permit users to add notes, from a test pass.
